Here is one of my current pull day rotations! Try these out and lmk how it goes! :)

First we have one arm half kneeling lat pulldowns for three sets of 12 to 15reps. This is great to get that stretch for the lats.

next we have one set of Max pull-ups. Do these till failure including partial reps.

Well then move onto the One arm hammer strength row. This is a great exercise to target the back muscles do these for three sets 8 to 12 repetitions.

for the upper traps, we will do cable strains for three sets of 10 to 12 repetitions

for the rear deltoid, we will do unilateral cable rear deltoid fly. Again, three sets of 8 to 12 reps.

lastly, since I cannot pronate my wrist. We will end the workout with rope hammer curls again three sets 10-12 to repetitions.

‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭6‬:‭11‬-‭16‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“But as for you, O man of God, flee these things. Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, steadfastness, gentleness. Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called and about which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. I charge you in the presence of God, who gives life to all things, and of Christ Jesus, who in his testimony before Pontius Pilate made the good confession, to keep the commandment unstained and free from reproach until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, which he will display at the proper time—he who is the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of Lords, who alone has immortality, who dwells in unapproachable light, whom no one has ever seen or can see. To him be honor and eternal dominion. Amen.”

Boxing 🥊 ❌ , A Box 🥡✅

It’s been a while since I’ve last boxed. With the new realest of season 2 of Bloodhounds, I find myself missing the rush of hitting the bags.

I started boxing when I was 16 (about 8 years ago). It was one of the toughest seasons of my life and I was changing schools at that time I lost many of my friends because of that. I enrolled myself into an mma school and learned how to box! I was about 52kg at that time.

I remember growing up I got bullied in high school. I remember remembered telling myself that I will ever let anyone look down on me ever again. So I started to workout ever since then. Now I’m 80kg. A little chubby. But honestly workout out has thought me so much more than just gaining muscle. It has become a lifestyle of discipline, determination, self control, and most importantly Godliness.

Honestly idk when I’ll stop working out. I remember watching Obese to Beast when I was in high school. That really sparked something in me. I hope I can inspire more people to fitness like how he did! I pray that I can share the joy of fitness and health with yall through my cringe videos :)
