A little photo dump from what has easily been one of the craziest weeks of my life.

Three years. It’s hard to put into words what this chapter has meant to me.

When we opened Abrielle, the goal was simple: create a place where people wanted to come back—not just because of the food, but because of how it made them feel. Looking back, I’m incredibly proud of everything we built together.

To everyone I had the privilege of working alongside, thank you. The long services, the busy weekends, the challenges, and the small victories shaped me into a better chef and leader.

To every guest who walked through our doors—and especially those who followed the tasting menu journey—thank you for putting your trust in us. Seeing so many familiar faces return season after season was the greatest compliment I could have asked for. Some of you came in as guests and left as friends. A few of you even became some of my closest friends.

Abrielle gave me far more than a place to cook. It gave me lifelong relationships, unforgettable memories, and three years that I’ll always look back on with pride.

Now it’s time for a new challenge.

Over the next few months I’ll be taking some time away to travel, recharge, and find inspiration. Next year, I’ll be opening a new restaurant—one that’s deeply personal and a reflection of everything I’ve learned over the past few years. I can’t wait to share it with you.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. I hope to welcome you all again very soon.

Last Saturday, we hosted the glamorous Casino Royale at the sophisticated Clio🎲♣️.

The whole venue was meticulously decorated!
