Mauritania offers two unforgettable ways to cross its Sahara: ride the legendary Iron Ore Train or travel deeper into the desert by 4x4. Each route reveals a different side of the country, from raw industrial adventure and vast horizons to remote oases, ancient towns, and meaningful encounters shaped by local knowledge. Physically back home 🙏

It’s been a wild few weeks and I can’t be more grateful than I am.

Emotionally, mentally and spiritually I’m still processing a lot.
My body needs increased daily rest.

I need more space.
And it’s all welcome.

In February I was leading a new Mens Retreat in Sweden.
In March leading a new retreat in Iceland.

6 days of Raw human emotions.
Beautiful humans joining me on the ride.
Laughter, crying and courageous honesty.
Daily Wild adventures.
24/7 space holding.
Adjusting to peoples needs.
Daily Breathwork guidance.
Holding souls to higher standards.
Being challenged by new learnings.
Loving and encouraging on each innerchild when afraid.
Everyday reflections with my team.
Adapting, inventing and offering new ceremonies.

I wouldn’t want it any different.

Thank you to my wife for letting me do this work, supporting me so much all while working hard and taking care of our beautiful little daughter at home.

Thank you to my team @jonmiksis @pascalsebastienlabrie @joshuadeanchurch and @laurixoxo for being such incredible humans, supporting me and the vision… and your endless flexibility to work with the moment.

Thank you to all of you making the leap onto our wild and powerful Into the Wild Within retreats. For@your trust in me and my team…

I treasure each soul joining us every single time. Without you these weeks wouldn’t be possible and your dedication and commitment to change your lives continues to be a huge inspiration for me.

Onwards and upwards.

We want only the best…
And to many more…

See you on the next adventures my friends.

FOR THE MAN ON A CROSSROAD IN LIFE

In 4 days we will start with the 5th Mens Retreat edition in Sweden.

The retreat is SOLD OUT - but ONE spot just opened up.

Who needs to be with us?

This is for the man who feels being in a crossroad in life.
On a precipice.

You either stay where you are and nothing will change — or you decide that things will go differently.

You either let life “happen to you” - or you decide to step up and take the responsibility.

You can’t expect different results, when doing things the same way.

And you can wait around for things to change, or take aligned action and get on the mark right now.

This 6 day retreat will challenge you physically, emotionally and spiritually.

But maybe thats exactly what you need right now?

6 days of Deep Reflection, Space, Breathwork, Cold exposure, Sauna, Wild Hunted food, Solo vision quest and Brotherhood.

You won’t do this alone.

When you decide to take the leap — we will be right there with you in each step you take and on the other side.

Help us find and share with a man you know is on a crossroad in his health, relationship or business and needs to be with us 🔥

We will welcome you in the Swedish wild and go on the inneradventure of a lifetime — see you soon 🎯

Under stress - most people abandon their body.

It makes them disappear —
into their mind, away from the body.

This work is about staying.
Breathing.
Teamwork between body and mind.
Regulating.
Letting fear and pressure become a teacher.

Showing you the patterns that no longer serve.

Mentally
In your breath
In your actions

Shaping new neurology
Training nervous system regulation

Becoming who you are meant to be.

That’s what we train here.

If this speaks to you, you already know why 🔥

I always have an absolute blast hanging with my fellow chocolatier, my cousin, my friend, a Wim Hof breath work and cold immersion coach, the travel blogging legend and travel planner @global.viewpoint ....

Who else thinks they should up their game on factory- made Advent calendars??

What if ... They made ones with fine chocolate from all over the world??

From a self proclaimed ice cream and chocolate aficionado - and forker Catholic in recovery - I say YES to quality!
