We played Solo Cup Catch this morning.

One person tosses a cup, and the other person tries to catch it in their own cup.

None of us caught it once, which somehow made them want to keep trying even more.

We only stopped because, you know, school.

Flowers fade, but a shared keepsake last forever. This coming Mother’s Day, give the gift of presence. Empowering Conversations Communication Journals are more than a journal-they are a social-emotional sanctuary designed to help you & your child build resilience, hear each other’s hearts, share wisdom & a few laughs too. No chargers required, just a pen and a little time. ♥️

Ping Pong Tic Tac Toe 🏓❌⭕️

Alright Flock… we all said we wanted more family time that doesn’t involve a screen or the classic “so… what do we do?” 😅

Enter: actual FUN.

I found @global_munchkins a while back and OH MY SQWAK 🦩 the game ideas?! I was immediately influenced.

We finally started implementing them and so far we’re 2 games in…
✔️ tons of laughs
✔️ zero screens
✔️ me losing miserably both times 😂

Honestly though? It’s been exactly what we needed.
A little chaos, a lot of connection, and something that breaks up the nonstop go-go-go of the week.

We’re 100% keeping this going.

If you’ve been saying you want more intentional family time but don’t know where to start—go follow her. Your future self will thank you 👏🏼

Mom 2.0 through the years. This week I’m atrending my 4th @mom2summit and I am so excited to be here in Austin this week! My first Mom 2.0 summit was back in 2018 and every year it gets better and better.

This is my 4th time attending and 2nd year speaking. Swipe to the last slide to see the first roundtable talk I attended 8 years ago at Mom 2.0 called “How to Walk Away From Mom 2.0 With A Book Proposal” because that’s how long ago I wanted to write a book - and this year, I have a book about to come out AND I get to sell it and have my first book signing at the bookstore here on site! Talk about full circle!!

I am honored and thrilled to be here, thank you Mom 2.0! Swipe through to see the evolution!
