Chuck Norris didn’t die , he completed life!

One of my favourite childhood memories is watching Walker: Texas Ranger with my father.

In honour of the icons passing, we will be doing 10 days of kick drills so you will always be ready with a round kick to the face.

the arena of combat, victory favors the prepared and the swift. Let me impart the secrets of the “throw by,” a move that transforms your opponent’s strength into your own.

Step 1: Lateral Movement – The Foundation of Advance

As you prepare to throw by, take your first step laterally to the side of your opponent. This is not merely a shuffle; it’s a calculated advance designed to bring you closer to victory. Step sideward to create a pathway, so you can advance forward with purpose.

Step 2: The Bump – Pec to Pec

Feel the power of connection! Bump pec to pec as you engage. Maintain the square posture, anchoring yourself in the moment. This creates a solid foundation and keeps your center of gravity intact. Remember, strength flows from a stable core.

Step 3: The Pivot – Eyes Behind You

Once contact is made, pivot to look behind you. This movement is not just about turning; it is the transformation of your stance. Your gaze must lead the way, guiding your body into the next phase of your maneuver.

4: The Punch – Humerus as Your Weapon

Now, unleash your power! “Punch” not with the hand, but with the humerus. Strike with intention, using the strong bone of your arm to propel your opponent away and secure the victory. Let every part of your body work in unison—a true warrior’s spirit!

In wrestling, as in life, the dance of strategy and execution defines the victor. Master the throw by, and you shall claim your rightful place in the arena.

🗡️ Embrace the Side Choke: The Art of Retreat to Advance 🗡️

Warriors, heed my counsel! In the dance of combat, the side choke—or arm triangle—offers a thunderous path to dominance. Yet execution requires wisdom and finesse rather than mere strength.

🔑 Key Principles of the Side Choke:

Grip is Just the Beginning

Secure your grip with intention. The moment you establish control, do not rush to squeeze! Instead, I urge you: retreat to advance. Move down the body, efficiently aligning your shoulder with the opponent’s neck, allowing the path to clarity.
Move with Precision

As you position yourself, imagine your body as a vessel seeking the depths of the earth. Sink into the floor; visualize every ounce of weight settling through your own frame rather than upon your opponent. This connection to the ground grants you power without imposing strain upon your foe, creating opportunities instead of resistance.

Tighten Your Control

Once you have retreated to advance, ascend back up the body, employing your positioning over sheer arm strength. Truly understand this: the clamp of your arm is only the final action. Squeeze at the last moment, when your grip is firm, your position is established, and your breath flows freely.
Final Execution

With your shoulder aligned and your body poised, refine your grip to apply the choke. Let the tension build, and with each passing moment, compress the space, yet maintain your connection to the ground. Remember, control and patience are your greatest allies.
🛡️ Embrace this art, and let your movements be borne from wisdom, not haste.

In the heat of battle, strength falters where technique prevails. Carry these lessons with you, and you shall find victory awaits those who combine strategy with skill.

Stay relentless, warriors! 🛡️✨
