In this life, we don’t always get to just walk away from or take a break from the everyday routines and responsibilities. As much as we would like to snap our fingers and be on a beach, that’s not the reality. There’s always something to do or something to take care of. In all of this, please allocate some time for you to discover or rediscover who you are. It won’t change what you’re responsible for day to day, but it should give you the energy and focus to help cope. “I Just Need a Minute.” Available on Amazon.
