✨ WHAT A NIGHT! ✨

Our very first official Gold Lion Studios event was one for the books! 🖤💛

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out, showed up, and made this night so special! We got to dive deep into so many things that impact the voice and the body, including:

🎤 Vocal warmups + technique
🔥 Individual vocal breakthroughs
💆‍♀️ Vocal massage therapy
✨ Lymphatic flushing sessions
🌬️ Breathwork, pelvic floor health + healing

Our goal was to bring together voice, body, and wellness in a way that helps singers feel, sound, and perform at their BEST — and we loved getting to share that with you!

NOW WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! 👇

💬 What was YOUR favorite part of the night?
💬 What would you love to see at our NEXT event?

Drop your answers in the comments! We’re already dreaming up what’s next, and we want YOU to be part of it! ❤️

Thank you for being part of the Gold Lion Studios community. This is just the beginning! 🦁✨

Nashville singers, I’m heading your way! 🎤

Your whole body is part of your voice. And that’s exactly why I’m excited to be part of The Full Circle Vocal Experience on October 22.

I’m partnering with Katie Talbot of Gold Lion Studios and The Detox Loop Nashville for an evening bringing together vocal technique, physical wellness, and the music industry.

Katie will lead a hands-on vocal masterclass, and I’ll be demonstrating how vocal manual therapy can support singers and the physical demands of performing.

We’ll finish the evening with cocktails and an intimate writers round featuring Charly Reynolds, Holdyn Barder, and Neelam Justine.

Looking forward to connecting with Nashville’s singers, songwriters, and vocal professionals!

📍 Nashville, TN
📅 Thursday, October 22

✨ IT’S FINALLY HERE! ✨

I’ve hosted vocal master classes before, but this one goes DEEPER. 🎤

This is for ALL singers — whether you’re just starting out, a seasoned vocalist, or somewhere in between.

We’re diving into:
🎶 Vocal technique & healthy vocal production
🔥 Style, power, range & control
🎤 One-on-one work with select artists
💆‍♀️ Vocal Massage Therapy
✨ Lymphatic Detox Therapy
🎵 And so much more!

You’ll get to experience firsthand the immediate impact these therapies can have on the voice, paired with strong technique and practical tools you can take with you into rehearsals, recording sessions, performances and everyday singing.

And we’re not stopping there…

🍸 We’ll wrap up the evening with a cocktail hour + intimate writers round featuring some of my incredible clients! 🎶

It’s going to be an evening filled with knowledge, connection, music, and A LOT of fun.

‼️Singers‼️

Try this trick if you’re straining for High Power Notes in your songs.

When singers go for those powerful higher notes, there is a tendency to lift your chin and reach rather than keeping the jaw relaxed and allowing the resonance to come forward and find freedom. This is a great Go To for keeping that accountable.

‼️How to Learn To Sing‼️

Step 1: Be confident in YOU, and let your voice mess up. It will work out after you continue to work on it.

Step 2: Slow Songs down to work on pitch, and dynamic.

Step 3: lip rolls on songs, and to help find range.

Step 4: start working with a coach 1 on 1 to help you discover what you have.

Here is a test for you singers.

Do you think these women sing Loud to have their power?

During my 20 lesson work weeks on music row, in between sessions I would pick songs to challenge my own voice during the coaching of others.

This was Jojos Say Love. Literally such a great song and insanely challenging ability wise!

Vocal coaches never stop learning, it’s actually vital that we always train, lean into our weaknesses and grow and learn.
