Nothing says friendship like a “SPRINKLE” of love….💕

In honor of mental health awareness and the legendary Ice Bucket Challenge, I was nominated by Stephanie @golfisapartee and you know I couldn’t back down!

I’m passing the challenge to Jessica @evergreenactive, Abby @belmontbirdies, and my golf partner Tiffany!
And because everything’s better with a little Texas sass, I did it at my girl Melissa’s house in Dallas. (Stick around — she’s got a few things to say before she dumps freezing cold water on me… and trust me, she didn’t hold back.) YOU DIDN’T SEE IT! She dumped it on me!!!!!

Let’s raise awareness and have a little fun while we’re at it. Who’s next?

The most extreme bachelorette in the books! I am pretty sure this tribe of women that @kellys.vegan.kitchen brought together could run a country. Every single women is so amazing and it truly shows because of Kelly! So happy for you Kelly and these unforgettable memories that I will be forever reliving! La Paz was the best bachelorette location a bride could dream of!
