Our GPA CT athletes delivered several strong performances at the Future Series at Bethpage Blue despite cold, windy, and challenging conditions!

Sophie Svobodova finished the tournament at one over par and earned second place in the girls’division. Melanni Andersen placed fourth, while Eddie Ponagai and Patricio Lopez Davila both finished inside the top 10.

The group was well prepared and handled the difficult conditions with maturity. Sakti also played very well, especially considering his age and distance. Eddie and Manu continue to make progress as competitors.

Most importantly, the players represented themselves and the Academy extremely well, receiving compliments from other parents throughout the event.

Reverse Spine is different from Sway, but both can lead to compensations in your golf swing.

In this video, we’re focusing on three exercises to help address Reverse Spine:

* Core stability
* Stable lower body, mobile upper body
* Coordinating the movement pattern

These exercises focus on improving stability, mobility, and coordination to help support more efficient movement throughout your golf swing.
