What is ear seeding? It's auricular acupressure: tiny seeds placed on pressure points of the outer ear, used to support stress relief and focus. No needles, and the seeds stay on for days.

Amanda Picken @amandagpicken of @goodbodywellness gives us a rundown of the most popular pressure points for 9-to-5ers during the workweek, and answers all your most frequently asked questions about this up-and-coming wellness activation.

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Swift Fit Events supported Google earlier this month with restorative workday activations featuring a sound bath, ear seeding and a mocktail Mood Bar designed to help employees pause, reset and connect.

In a moment when many employees are carrying uncertainty and stress, workplace well-being has to feel thoughtful, not performative.

Small moments of care don’t erase bigger challenges, but they can create meaningful space for people to breathe during the workday.

Life lately… Stepping into something new… getting to share something I love 💕✨💕✨

Do you have good energetic posture?? I love thinking about it this way…

Qi Gong is an ancient form of movement, breath, and mindfulness developed thousands of years ago within the system of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I did focused study on Qi Gong during my TCM education and have always loved it as a personal practice. This past year I really leaned on it for recovery and restoration, when working out in a gym/studio was just too much. I got so into it I decided to take more advanced trainings.

Slow, intentional, graceful movements invite your qi to flow smoothly, eliminating stagnation. These movements also expand and structure your energetic field giving you confidence strength and protection.

I could go on and I will in future posts share more 😊

But for now a huge thank you to two incredible and magical women @melanie_travelgal and @michellesorro ♥️♥️ I dared to say out loud ‘I’d like to be teaching qi gong’ and in a moment I was lined up to teach in the most incredible locations with the most incredible people. It’s been so fun!! Michelle invited me to teach at her women’s retreat overlooking the stunning Lake Travis. Melanie welcomed me at @awkn.ranch, Austin’s amazing new wellness hub. So much gratitude and a bit of disbelief at how quickly things can happen.

Deepening the practice and getting a feel for my teaching style… Can’t wait for continued collaborations, experiences, workshops, and magic 😊💕

This was such a fun episode! 💕💕I love, and firmly believe, that there is some magic to life. When I think of ‘manifesting’, I think of tapping into that magic. My podcast guest Samantha Kozuch, author of the Maniscripting Journal, talks about the art and science of manifestation. I loved this discussion because we really get into bridging the gap between your goal and making it a reality.✨✨

Samantha’s famous journal and her community are helping thousands of women achieve their goals. I’m so happy I crossed paths with this queen. She is such a light!! Please enjoy the episode 😊

A new podcast episode is live this week! This is such a special one with my dear friend, and brilliant integrative psychiatrist, Dr. Jasdeep Sandhu. This episode is all about unraveling your STRESS. I loved our conversation together. You should tune in if you want to think about your stress from new perspectives. This will likely offer new solutions in how you manage it. Dr. Sandhu also discusses new frontiers of psychiatry and integrative medicine. If you tune in let me know what you think!

P.S. When I decided I might give podcasting a try... I was thinking about who I’d ask to be the brave soul that did Episode 1 with me, as I knew I would be very nervous. This person needed to be someone who would be supportive, up for a mini adventure... even more importantly someone I could totally trip up and fumble in front of... and most importantly someone who’s brain I was dying to pick when it comes to our health and wellness.

I just knew Jasdeep @js.be was the woman for the job, and I am so grateful she said yes.
