Alphabetastics, illustrated and self-published by Danny Devine in 2008.

The book took months to create and gave Danny room to experiment with individual letters: “you could do whatever you want to the page.” He said the process helped develop his style—and joked, “more people have bought it and not colored it honestly.”

A look at the cover and the uncolored ‘P’ page from inside.

🌆🎨 Saturday Adventures in Pittsburgh’s South Side! 🚶‍♀️✨

Sometimes the best adventures are the ones you stumble upon! ❤️ We took a stroll through Pittsburgh’s Color Park along the beautiful Monongahela River, enjoying the incredible views of the city and all the colorful street art. 🌉🎨

Little did we know that Slammin’ Cans 2026 was happening! 🎨🖌️ We got to see some amazing artistic creations, experience the creativity and energy of the event, and even participate along the way. What started as a simple walk turned into an unexpected adventure filled with art, river views, and a little Pittsburgh magic! 🏙️💛

You never know what you’ll discover when you get out and explore! 🌿📸

Pittsburgh's newest music venue, Citizens Live at the Wylie (@citizenswylie), opened last week in the city's Lower Hill District. Once known as the "Little Harlem of Pittsburgh" the Hill has long been a thriving neighborhood of artists and entrepreneurs. Inspired by the neighborhood's rich musical roots, the venue features both historic and contemporary artwork, including an exterior mural by local artists Jameelah Platt (@mimi_zaza), Max Gonzales (@goodboygems), and Naomi Chambers (@naomibdaygirl).

Did you know copyright law can protect public murals, too? Learn more about the legal protections all artists and creatives should be familiar with on our website blog at the link in bio.
