I’ve seen a few people doing these and I literally love them so here’s my 40th week of the year in a dump 👩🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳

FINALLY got to try these devilled eggs at @taiko_ramen in @mackiemayor and they did not disappoint.

Had a HUGE brainstorm with @ellaschweigerr about how we can work together 🎥

Made a Madeira cake for @matt.madeira_ which was long overdue 👩🏼‍🍳

And then went to @limp.along which I was in absolutely no state to do 🤧

Made a CHEEEEESY toastie for @nushfoods for our October content. Stay tuned on their for the recipe!!!

Tried my absolute hardest to make a marathon sign for my friends sister but it did not come naturally to me :(

Got in everyone’s way trying to get the shot for @ellaschweigerr.

Which definitely was worth it 👀👀👀

Big news 🫵 Peddler celebrates 13 years of monthly events! What does this call for? 🎁

... A huge free-entry 2 day festival: music, street-food and market stalls at our Kelham Island home.

We’ve worked with @larumbamusic to curate the warehouse stage, bringing one of the UK’s most influential DJ/producers 🚨 @quanticmusic on the friday & one of the UK’s most exciting jazz fusion bands 🚨 @tcandthegroovefamily + an exceptional lineup of local support from the @itsyarni Ensemble, @sena_music__ , @montunosheff @kilariocollective @amba.sounds ... and that’s only 1/5 stages!

In total we have over 30 musical acts hosted by local grassroots crews, alongside 10 street food traders 🍔 (nearly as many as the @britishstreetfoodawards final - yes, you can call us greedy!) and 6 lovely market stalls.

📍 Good Burger, Macclesfield

Now, if you know me, then you know I love a good burger… pardon the pun. 🍔😂

However, I’m usually very picky when it comes to burgers because I don’t like my patties served pink. You can have steak pink or rare because the outside is seared at a high temperature, but with minced meat, bacteria can be mixed throughout the burger, which is why it’s generally recommended that burgers are cooked all the way through.

That being said, when you’re using a higher grade of meat that’s delivered fresh and ground daily, you can have the meat cooked slightly pink depending on how it’s prepared.

When I visited the Picturedrome, I knew exactly what I was looking for… a big, fat, juicy burger. And that’s exactly what I got. 🤤

I went for the double cheeseburger with bacon, with my bacon and patties cooked extra, of course. (You can add these request on the app to any order).

I’m also a fiend for pickles, so when I spotted the option to add some extra on the side, I obviously had to. 🥒

For an extra £5, I added the fries — and they didn’t disappoint either. No soggy, floppy chips in sight! Crunchy, salty fries, just how I like them. 🍟

You can order through the Me&U app or at the kiosks, and there’s plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors.

On Friday (17:00 - late), we welcome the wonderful headline band @malahpalinka & team up with @fortythreesheff / The Community, @comitysoundsystem , @kitchen.radio.sheff , @stiffpeaksburlesque , bringing over 10 live acts and DJs across five music zones.

On Saturday (12:00 - late), we team up with @hub.store.uk , @comitysoundsystem , and @midnightcreatures to bring over 10 more live acts and DJ’s, in addition to music focused talks from the amazing @maddifearn 🎤

We’ve LOVED, pulling together a team of Sheffields local legends!

All this + 10 bloody amazing traders and stalls at Peddler on the 7th & 8th of August.
