My Fit Vegan Pantry Staples🌱💪🏽
I love keeping my pantry stocked with staples I can buy in bulk and mix + match all week: vital gluten, grains, beans, lentils, nuts, seeds, protein pasta, rice + more!

I also always have Plant Muscle Mix from @nourished.life.foods for making seitan when I’m in a pinch, dried fruit + gels for fueling my longer endurance sessions, and @vedgenutrition supplements for post-workout nutrition. Vedge is third-party tested and made with ingredients I trust. 💪🏼
