no, this situation is not ideal or at all the way i thought my last season would start. however, i also know from past experience how much worse it could be and i am forever grateful recovery has helped me get to a place where not being able to run right now doesn’t feel like an end of the world experience❤️❤️❤️

little sunday reminder for me & you 🫶🏼 every time the thought comes in that restricting is the better option, remember that the only reason you are able to do all the things you can now is because you are fueling yourself!!

it’s a really strange feeling to finally sit back and realize you are in a place that a past version of yourself never thought you would be. it is so easy for us to keep striving for me, but we also need to stop every once in a while recognize how far we’ve come🤍🤍

Never missing out on life, happiness, and leisure to shrink myself. Not only showing up for myself physically but showing up for myself emotionally. #exercise #mentalhealthawareness #pilates #balance
