FROM SECOND CHANCES TO LASTING SUCCESS! ❤️‍🔥

During a recent visit to the Paarden Eiland City Improvement District (PECID), we reconnected with former ignisive RSDP™️ participants on-site. Witnessing their growth, commitment and confidence firsthand is a powerful reminder that when opportunity meets preparation and ongoing support, second chances become lasting change.

Getting a job is a milestone. Keeping it is transformation in action.

Moving from street to stability takes resilience, opportunity and the right support.
That’s why our ignisive Reintegrative Skills Development Programme (RSDP)™️ focuses on more than job placement …we build the skills, confidence and resilience needed for sustainable employment.

Today, we’re incredibly proud to share that 95% of our alumni are still thriving with the employers who gave them a chance! 🙌

❤️‍🔥 To our business and CID partners: thank you for looking beyond someone’s past, recognising their potential and investing in a future filled with possibility.

Because real impact isn’t just about getting people off the street into shelters or into jobs.
It’s about creating pathways to stability, restoring dignity and building futures that last.

When animal-welfare organisations support each other, everyone wins. ❤️

Heartland KZN helped rally support for Coastal Horse Care Unit’s AHS vaccine appeal — and together, the community got it fully funded.

“Kindness becomes powerful when we stop asking who gets the credit and start asking who needs the help.”

20 DAYS TO GO | FORMER BLITZBOK CHRIS DRY BACKS SA DEAF RUGBY 🇿🇦🏉🇯🇵

Now this is someone who knows a thing or two about the fast-paced, action-packed world of Sevens rugby!

Today, we’re bringing some serious @blitzboks experience to our Road to Japan countdown with former Springbok Sevens star @chrisdry7

A familiar face in the famous green and gold, Chris spent more than a decade representing South Africa on the international Sevens circuit, becoming one of the most experienced Blitzboks of his generation.

And what a career!

74 World Rugby Sevens Series tournaments, 373 matches, 98 tries, TWO World Series titles and a Commonwealth Games gold medal! 🥇🇿🇦

Chris was part of the Blitzbok squads crowned back-to-back World Series champions in 2017 and 2018, earned a place in the 2017 World Series Dream Team and represented #TeamSA at the Tokyo Olympic Games.

So when it comes to competing against the world’s best in Sevens rugby, Chris knows exactly what our boys are preparing for!

Thank you, Chris, for taking the time to send our boys a message of support and for sharing in their Road to Japan journey.

Different teams. Different journeys. The same seven-a-side game, the same green and gold, and the same pride in representing South Africa!

CHARLIE’S NEXT CHAPTER: LEARNING TO TRUST ❤

Today a few of us went to visit this super sweet girlie at Dogs Trust. Charlie is slowly settling in and learning that humans are not so bad. She is getting tons of attention and love from the team there and is learning what real food is. She loves Woolworths chicken!!!

Today whilst sitting there she insisted on getting gentle loves from us. Still weary but liked the cuddles.

A few of us have donated towards her care and we have donated some @idealpetfood for her.

She still has a long long road ahead of her before she can be rehomed but she does have a possible home lined up.

Anyone wanting to donate to her care, if please donate to Dogs Trust (bank details below), alternatively we are helping with food collection for Dogs Trust so please pop us a message or drop food off at Die Doringbos Padstal on Gemstone Road.
