The Consulate General of Jamaica, New York is thrilled to be in Chicago, Illinois, for our Diaspora and Passport Outreach from November 16–18! This initiative is aimed at providing essential consular services to Jamaicans in Chicago and the surrounding regions, making it easier for you to handle consular matters without the need to travel to New York.

Today, I’m taking the opportunity to connect with our vibrant diaspora business owners and will be visiting the famous Good to Go Jamaican Restaurant in Evanston, located in the north suburbs of Chicago. I look forward to celebrating their success and exploring how we can continue to support Jamaican-owned businesses in the diaspora.

Please share this invitation with your friends and family in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, Minnesota, and Missouri. We’re here to serve and support you! @myvmgroup - pictured here is Mr. Paul Elliott, CEO of the VM Building Society.

Had an incredible experience at Good To Go Jamaican Cuisine in Evanston, IL! Celebrated a birthday and a new job with friends, and it couldn't have been better.

Met the wonderful owner, Lenice Levy, and our server Jeanette was fantastic, making sure everything was perfect. I tried the fried chicken, and wow—seasoned to perfection! My friends had the oxtail and fried chicken too, and we left no bones untouched!

The vibe was just right with easy listening reggae, R&B, and pop from resident DJ Poyo, all the way from Belize.

So if you're in Chicago and craving authentic Jamaican food, don't hesitate to visit @goodtogoja at 711 Howard Street in Evanston! #GoodToGoJamaicanCuisine #EvanstonEats #visitchicago #jamaicancuisine #bestfriedchicken #fingerlickinggood #jamaicanfood #authenticjamaicanfood #coolbrunchspot #eatingoutinchicago #LyndonTaylor #freelancejournalist #publicrelationsprofessional #publicist #PRpro #mediarelations #lyndontaylorassociates #PRConsultancy #jamaicansdotcom #publicrelations #chicagoadventures #chicagotimes #chicagotribune
