Community, empathy, and the willingness to show up for people whose experience differs from your own. The “win” is when people feel seen, supported, accepted, and held by people around them. This is what we’re building towards.

Nobody wins unless everybody wins.

It’s a Bruce Springsteen quote we’ve carried for years. It’s the idea you can’t fully win if the person next to you is still losing.

According to the @trevorproject’s 2025 National Survey, 36% of LGBTQ+ young people seriously considered suicide in the past year. 44% who wanted mental health care couldn’t get it. And young people in accepting communities attempted suicide at less than a third the rate of those in unaccepting ones.

The data points to something we already believe. That community, empathy, and the willingness to show up for people whose experience differs from your own are survival infrastructure. Every person who feels seen, accepted, and held by the people around them is a person more likely to still be here. That’s what we’re building toward.

This year, for the first time, we put it on a shirt in collaboration with @goodtroublecollective. Comment and we’ll send you the link to grab yours.
