We got a call on the Halloween Hotline for a costume 🚨emergency🚨and were able to pull together the perfect fit with 100% Goodwill Kentucky finds. Literally everything, even the shoes, bag, and hat! 🔥

The best part though, Goodwill Kentucky is about SO much more than thrift shopping! 🛍️💙

98% of my entire wardrobe is from Goodwill Kentucky and has been my whole life. I like to say I was shopping there before it was cool. 😂 But for real, where else can you find insane brands at excellent prices, give clothes and items another life keeping them out of landfills, AND help do some good in the community?!

Frazier Fellows in Sacred Heart Academy’s Learn & Lead program, part of @shs_jfli, visited Goodwill’s West Louisville Opportunity Center yesterday. Students learned about Goodwill’s life-changing services and their goal of eliminating poverty in Kentucky. Valkyries were inspired by guest speakers who embody the Goodwill mission and explored how different industries intersect. SHA students are always learning, always leading!! 🫶

🚨THIS IS NOT A DRILL— ITS AN EMERGENCY!! A FASHION EMERGENCY!!!🚨

I heard that hotline bling and someone was in need of a last minute look to do makeup at a haunted fashion show— but to then WALK in the fashion show!

To get something in the spot, I went to my local @goodwillky 👻👻

Shopping secondhand has been my go to since I was literally in diapers! I love curating something no one else could have, shopping sustainably, and hey- who doesn’t love a budget find?🤪 I also love supporting @goodwillky because I know my purchases are helping fund trainings and programs to help Kentuckians secure jobs and get back on their feet. Shopping here helps our Mother Earth and her people. 🫶🏽

In my typical squirrel brain fashion I struggled to keep focus because I just kept wanting to shop for me too🤣 Here’s the look I curated! Did I answer the call?🤪

HEART is grateful to work alongside partners like St. John's Center, Goodwill Kentucky, UP For Women, ReCenter, and so many others who are showing up every day for individuals experiencing homelessness in our city.
