If I influence you to do anything, I hope one of those things is to shop secondhand - especially for holiday decor 😍 @goodwillswpa showed up when it comes to Halloween this year. The costumes, the vintage cuties, everything I needed for a boo basket… so so good 🎃

I’ll share the boo basket in part 2!

Thrift Score! ✨ Found this Frankie for $4.99 at @goodwillswpa

If I look on the back there’s a tag that says from Kmart!
I wish our Halloween decorations still looked like this sometimes, so magical!

This is my @goodwillswpa haul from 50% off day. We lost an @altardstate baddie and I bought her entire closet for half off, among other awesome finds.

Most people see an old sewing cabinet. I see potential. ❤️

That’s why I said yes when Goodwill SWPA asked me to upcycle a piece for their Power of Work Awards auction!

I’m excited to give this overlooked piece a new life while supporting a mission that helps people and communities thrive.

Want to see the finished piece? Join me at the Power of Work Awards on October 28th.

All in one trip? 😱 I love finding items that feel like the Halloween from my childhood and I couldn’t believe it when I kept finding more and more! Last year, over 52 million pounds of donated items were diverted from the landfill through thrifting, repurposing, and reusing. I get to love these now for years to come and I hope they’re what my son remembers when he grows up 🎃👻
