You might know we have 7 different class times to pick from…but you might not know that each class has its own DISTINCT personality.

Morning peeps are not the noon peeps are not the evening peeps.

So, how can you know what you’re walking into if it’s your first few weeks with us?

Use this as a handy reference guide 😉

Also, feel free to debate the efficacy of this analysis in the comments, we will merely agree or disagree, but no we are not accepting feedback 😂 👇

🔥 HOT THOUGHTS from the SVL sauna 🔥

@a.n.n.i.e_l.a.k.e and @anjellyca9911 are back to set the record straight on diet advice you’ve seen allllll around @instagram (you know the type).

Tell us: which of these have you heard before? Did you believe any of it? And better yet…did we change your mind!?

(And psssst: in case you didn’t know, we offer nutrition coaching here at the gym for both members AND non-members. So if you’d like a little more hands-on guidance as you get closer to your health goals, hit us up for a free consult.)

A year ago, I was fighting to feel like myself again and while on that journey I missed out on competing during Quarterfinals.

This weekend, I’m in it — stronger, healthier, and back where I belong. 3 workouts down and 1 to go.

Turns out . . . healing hits a little different when you don’t quit.

During the Open, we hold ourselves to a higher standard—and you might have realized that what squeaks by as a rep in class doesn’t hold up as a rep in 26-point-anything.

It’s kind of the same for your insurance company. You put up with things because they SEEM okay…but really, there’s a better way.

Raise your standards and give @fiveforksgoodneighbor a call. Get fast, friendly, LOCAL service on auto, home, disability, and life insurance—just call 864-520-5160!

Also…wanna bloopers?

Meet SVL’s newest coach, @edgar.guzman_!

Some things you might not know about him:

👉 By day, he’s an industrial engineer—his company recently transferred him to Greenville to be closer to a strategic partner.

👉 He owns a CrossFit gym in Mexico, @crossfit.tribu—so you can say he knows a thing or two about leading a class 😉

👉 He can’t wait to take over the playlists for his class. So get ready to dance, y’all 💃🏻🕺

Give Edgar a warm welcome and a fist bump below 👊

The results are in! We had 13 athletes from @crossfit_st.augustine qualify for the @crossfitgames Quarterfinals! Out of our 52 registered Open athletes, we had 25% of those qualify for the next stage. We also had 2 other athletes who have been adopted into our CrossFit family and will be competing with us through Semifinals!

As the head coach, while I couldn’t be more proud to see so many moving on, I’m more encouraged to see the growth in our entire community over this past year!

Many firsts accomplished.
Many fears conquered.
Many gains made.

It’s a joy and honor to do this. All glory and honor to Jesus! 💪🏼🙏🏼

See you on the leaderboard!
