POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Two more days until our GoRuck 500 Point Test with @GoRuckUK! 💪🎒

Tonight, the team headed out for a brisk 5K headtorch ruck to shake the legs out and get ready for the challenge ahead!

There’s nothing quite like rucking in the dark 🌑 It really does heighten the senses and adds a whole new dimension to being out on the open road!

Now it’s time to rest up, recover and get ready to get out there, lay down some baseline fitness scores, and then work on improving them! 📈🔥

Bring it on, team! 💪🎒

🎒🔥 NEW GEAR UNBOXING – GORUCK UK! 🔥🎒

After putting the GORUCK weighted rucksacks through some serious testing during our 4-day challenge running the perimeter of Ibiza, I knew I had to come home and get one of my own! 🇪🇸🏃‍♂️

💪 Time to take the training up another level!

I’ll be hitting the roads and trails with 15lbs (6.8kg) of extra weight on my back, working on building strength, endurance and mental resilience.

After Ibiza, I’ve realised just how much weighted training can push your limits, and I’m excited to see how this fits into my training for the bigger challenges ahead! 🔥

It’s not just about running further or faster. It’s about becoming stronger, tougher and more prepared for whatever comes next! 👊

🎥 Check out the unboxing of my new GORUCK!

Let’s get to work! 💯

Weekend work Carrying 15kg.

Got an early start on the trail, didn't see a soul, there is joy in this solitude and getting after it early hours.

Upping the ante now, time to start competing again after some time off. 🎒🏃🏻‍♂️

IBIZA PERIMETER | DAY 4 🎒☀️

The final day. And what a way to finish 😂💪🏼

Started strong, spent some time becoming someone’s backpack and absolutely smashing the terrain!

Halfway through, I had to ditch the pack to give myself a fighting chance of making it to the finish.

With 7km to go, my knee was well and truly jelly 🫠

But I needed to prove to myself that I could dig deep, push through and finish what I’d started.

And I’m so bloody glad I did 🥹

Not quite the 200km I’d originally set out to do, but one hell of an adventure with some incredible people.

Ibiza… I’m coming back for the full 200km! 🙌🏼🔥

IBIZA PERIMETER | DAY 3 🎒☀️

Another morning, another attempt to convince my knee to cooperate 😂

More relentless climbs and a knee quite visibly wobbling with every step. The pain wasn’t as intense, but I knew if I wanted a full Day 4, I needed to rest.

Back to support the big boys 🙌🏼💪🏼

That was until the final checkpoint… 👀

I just couldn’t help myself 😂

@primitivefitnesstraining taped me back together and I rejoined the lads for one final 5km climb 💪🏼

@farrenmorgan casually suggested a 45-minute 5K… we managed it in around 50. Fair play to them for not being on fresh legs

Considering the terrain and my knee hanging on by a thread, I’ll take that 😂💨

One day left. And I wasn’t ready to give up just yet… 🥹
