Here I am @gotchamatcha.sg Indulging my sweet tooth craving with their (most?) popular cookie butter matcha latte. While it’s a dessert drink through and through, I love ordering this without additional sugar syrup and tasting that bitter matcha right at the top, before having the crunchy biscoff biscuits and biscoff spread in their creamy matcha cloud foam.

I wish they had more drinks without milk on their menu, which currently only stands at a grand total of two. That being said, I wish all matcha stands had more drinks without milk. An usucha option should also be a must, to showcase their matcha without all the frills, on days when you just need that umami and caffeine hit.

𝙋𝙪𝙡𝙪𝙩 𝙃𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙢 𝙎𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙨 𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙡 ($9) ⭐️
If you see this on the menu, GET IT! The sponge has a slight coconutty hint, and was soft yet firm enough to hold the purple rice filling. Flavors were super harmonious with the light coconut cream! It’s also hefty enough to enjoy when shared 🤟

𝘾𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙡𝙚 ($6.80) ⭐️
I LOVED THIS and every crumble they’ve ever had (LOVE the fragrant, buttery crust and base!). This was warm and well-spiced with the apples retaining a nice crunch! The epitome of autumn flavors in a crumble 🍂

𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙣𝙛𝙡𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮 𝙢𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙖 𝙘𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙚 ($4.30) ⭐️
LOVED the crunchy cornflake crust and the added nuttiness from the macadamias 💯 They really nail the texture of their chunky cookies!

𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙤 𝙤𝙖𝙩 𝙘𝙧𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙨𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙚 ($4)
The oat base was crumbly however quite dry and grainy.. I enjoyed the prominent coffee fragrance and bittersweet chocolate ganache though!

𝙀𝙖𝙧𝙡 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙮 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙧𝙨 (5 𝙛𝙤𝙧 $3)
Bite-sized with a strong tea flavor, however lacking the usual crisp & buttery edges in a financier :’(

📍Gotcha Matcha @gotchamatcha.sg
One of my top matcha spots in sg! My ultimate recommendation is their 𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙠 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙖 𝙘𝙡𝙤𝙪𝙙 ($7.50) — the fruit loops-infused milk complements and balances well with the rich, umami matcha. The definition of a fun matcha! 🤪

@hauscoffeesg their matcha is so gao it gives me a headache but i luv it look at the green even after bringing it home it doesn’t dilute very very solid 9/10

@gotchamatcha.sg ezpz go to comfort matcha so accessible so green so gao always good flavours i fricking love cookie butter also huge cup i love u gotcha 10/10

@koffeekollectivesg omg this was so cheap… $5.2 iirc for the size and taste rly no complaints we waited 20+ mins for the matcha on a weekend (which is why the coffee is half gone…) but for the price n quality wld return 8/10

@chagee.sg omg so many ppl flaming this matcha but i kinda like it…. 😼 its rly not much matcha taste la but i love that it tastes like a cheesecake lemon dessert lol i’ve gotten the lime cheese matcha 3 times and normal matcha 0 times maybe thats why 8/10

chagee again but w foam it lowk didn’t add much just gave me massive stomachache after

@helloarigato.official we got this at good pet fair a while ago hehe i rmb liking their strawb matcha and coconut matcha eh but this time the foam on top was clumpy and hard and didnt mix well

@starbuckssg got this during the trust $3 promo so worth rly no complaints for the price it is. rly a drink. 6.7/10

@tofutofu.sg so cute n interesting tofu matcha!!! the tofu didn’t come off as strong as i thought it would but not bad cup of matcha 7/10

@macha.sg tried the new cinnamon maple (?? i forgot sry) cold foam i saw them post on ig it was so blue and beautiful but mine wasn’t blue 😭😭 it tasted like hotcakes a bit on the first sip but then faded to a raisin aftertaste which i didn’t like but i rmb rly liking their blueberry matcha so this is a me problem i will try o

My solo self-care day got upgraded to a full-on family adventure weekend. 🥰

When my quarterly Global Wellbeing day off landed on Teacher’s Day last Friday, my usual exercise and self-care routine took a back seat—and I’m so glad it did.

We took full advantage of the long weekend—rocking messy hair and oversized tops, hitting a new outdoor playground, and powering through an indoor playground at Castle right after nap time on Friday. Then we kept the momentum going, traveling a bit further out for play sessions over the next two days.

Supposedly kids need 10–15 minutes of movement every hour to hit that 180-minute daily physical activity target—we definitely crushed that goal, and my heart is so full from all the uninterrupted quality time together. 💕
