Welcome to my little corner of peace. 🤍✨

This page is more than just yoga poses it’s a space for growth, healing, movement, mindfulness, and coming home to yourself.

Yoga has taught me that strength isn’t just built in the body; it’s found in patience, resilience, self-compassion, and the willingness to begin again. Whether you’re stepping onto your mat for the very first time or you’ve been practicing for years, you belong here.

Here, I’ll be sharing:
🧘🏾‍♀️ Yoga flows for every level
🌿 Breathwork & meditation
💫 Mindfulness and self-care practices
💪🏾 Strength, flexibility, and mobility tips
🤍 My personal journey, lessons, and inspiration
✨ A reminder that progress is always more important than perfection.

My hope is that this page encourages you to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with yourself, and create space for the life you’re meant to live.

Thank you for being here. I’m so excited to grow, learn, and flow with this beautiful community.

Take a deep breath…
Your journey starts now. 🌱

With love & light,
JP 🖤

Still reeling from an amazing Red Hot Winter weekend! This year was extra special for me because I was finally able to open this opportunity up to more of my team. Very grateful for them and to be able to share experiences like this together. Love my daughters down 🥹 proud of you always!

(Also can we make some commotion for the FIRST DreamBoy?!)

Thank you so much Rod, Joey, and Andrea for believing in us! ❣️ @red_hot_winter
