Sony Kando this year felt like a creative symphony, layered with different creative energies that somehow worked so well together.

First, we need to set the tempo. The energy, the chaos, and the quiet in between. Somehow, everything comes alive in Vietnam.

Then, the culture, the architecture, and the landscapes set the tone, giving our symphony a character that could only belong to Hue, Vietnam.

Now we need our players. Each with a different style, a different way of seeing the world, but all here for the same reason: to create.

Then you have the soloists. The ones trying something unique, something different, and somehow, we’re always entertained when they step into the limelight.

And eventually, it all builds to a crescendo. Ideas bouncing off one another, different styles coming together, and somehow, it all seems to harmonise into something bigger than any of us could create alone.

But every symphony needs a rest. A moment to slow down, and take it all in.

And just when you think the music is over, there’s always room for an encore. Turns out, we weren’t quite done creating together.
