⚾️ A HEALTHY SPRING STARTS IN THE OFFSEASON.

Phase 1 of our Offseason Development Program is here!

Our 8-Week Strength & Throwing Ramp Up is designed to bridge the gap between fall baseball and winter Live At-Bats.

The goal isn’t simply to get stronger or start throwing again. It’s to understand what each athlete needs most and build a development plan around it.

✅ Comprehensive physical & baseball performance assessment

✅ Individualized strength & power development

✅ Progressive throwing for pitchers and position players

✅ Weekly shoulder & recovery monitoring

Assess → Train → Re-Assess → Live At-Bats ⚾️

We’re building the physical foundation, throwing capacity, and preparation needed to support the demands of the upcoming season.

📅 Assessment Day: October 24
📅 Saturday Training: October 31 – December 19

Fall baseball is ending. Winter development shouldn’t start with guessing. ⚾️

This is a fantastic development opportunity prepping for our Live At Bats in January and year long health and performance.

Our U13–U18 8-Week Strength + Throwing Ramp-Up begins by establishing an individual starting point, then using that information to guide each athlete’s strength development, throwing progression, and weekly shoulder/recovery monitoring.

The goal is simple:

Establish a baseline → Train with purpose → Re-assess

Athletes will receive:
• Individual athlete assessment
• 1 hour of Strength and Conditioning each Saturday
• 1 hour of progressive throwing + baseball work
• Weekly shoulder and recovery testing
• A structured transition from fall baseball into winter development

📍 Assessment Day: Saturday, October 24 | 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
📅 Ramp-Up: Saturdays, October 31–December 19 | 8:00–10:00 AM
