honestly, I dunno what’s more fun, working out at the peak of summer or running about taking photos instead. this kinda felt like doing both.

Yesterday I went to my first going away party, hosted by @gowanusfitness. @rvictorlucena is moving back to Brazil! We went to a local brewery to celebrate him and hang out in the back garden. I met lots of new people! Next week I will go visit Victor before he flies to Brazil next weekend. 🇧🇷 ❤️

a coach appreciation post if i may.
I have seen these patient and friendly faces for a year now and I have learnt so much from each one of them. So when @gowanusfitness asked if I’d be up for taking some photos at the gym, you know I was there with my camera that exact minute.

missing Kat in the photos. But trust me when i say i consult my little chart (from @macrosmusclesmindsetbykat workshop) to understand what’s going on with my hormones/moods and how to combat / understand inflammation lol.
@ivana_bolf i love you, my hero.
@thecurlysilver makes sure we get strong strong but also has the best tips about looking good with curls WHILE working out!
Mike’s our collective best friend who’ll also teach you so much about preventing injuries while being mad fit?!
@rvictorlucena are we all at the gym because he’s the best? yes. great music, but he’ll push you to the max as head coach.
Bri, ahhh I am always so happy to see Bri. She makes working out so fun!
Arturo is an absolute icon.

I am in awe of what my own body can do and how strong, but also light I feel. And honestly my part in all of this has just been to show up and trust them to guide us through our workouts. big love.
