Friends and family - people I hold close to my heart ❤️

They all mean so much to me, I couldn’t have done life without them.

My family has helped me so much with my nutrition and being compatible with what we eat for dinners. Love that so much.

My friends, have changed my world for the better. Especially these girls in this picture. The Bodi girls, they are my support, my shoulder to cry on, my help if ever needed. I can come to these girls for anything.

That’s why having my accountability group is SO helpful with my workouts. These girls push me to strive for my best and become the better person I always wanted to be.

So thank you all so much for such a supportive community I can workout with and share my goals and accomplishments!

Much love,
Brea 💕

I'm in shock. 159/450,000+ teams in the network 😭

This didn't just happen by me alone, this was a team effort. A group of us that DECIDED we wanted create more impact in this world.

I have so much gratitude for my team and this community. Gratitude for clients and partners that trust me to lead them. Gratitude for the ability to build my dreams. To every single one of you who has been a part of this journey...thank you 🙏 So excited for all that is to come in 2024.💗

MEET THE TEAM 💫💖‼️

My favorite part about being a leader is when it finally clicks for my teammates that life is way too short to care so much about what anyone else thinks, and to go after that thing on their heart. That's when they start building their business with confidence and become unstoppable.

What we do isn't "normal" or something any of of us thought would be our path. BUT, this business continues to bless lives in more ways than we could have ever imagined.

I'm so thankful for the people along the way who encouraged me to go for it. An opportunity to become a healthier version of myself and help other women do the same thing! A chance to build a team with likeminded women who believe we can change the world together and have fun doing it!

Jump as quickly at opportunities as you do conclusions! There's so much upside to taking the leap of faith! We can't wait to introduce YOU next🫶🏻

Now that I've finally had a chance to process this weekend -- I can't wait to share all about it 🥰💫💖

I had the privilege of having 10 incredible BODi partners join me in Fargo this weekend! We laughed, shared stories, ate tons of food, took pictures (from the AMAZING @liz_huebsch_photography ) and enjoyed each others company!

If there's one thing we all agreed on it's that this business was the most unexpected blessing, and we wish we would have started sooner. We've created unmatched relationships, impactful income, and of course changed lives.

If you're watching from the sidelines and are ready to be apart of something bigger - let's chat ... my inbox is open and team bodquad is ready to welcome you with open arms! 🫶🏻

creating a positive and uplifting community is what we do best 🫶🏼✨

it was so fun this past weekend to finally meet some of these girls that I’ve only seen over zoom or on social media. it’s a wholeeeee vibe when you surround yourself with like minded, strong, and supportive women. it’s sooooo good for your mental health. i encourage you to do the same. if you’re in need of a change, I’m here for you. actually we are all here for you. 🤍 being apart of something that is so good for my emotional, physical, and mental health is just what I needed.

if this is something you also need in your life, message me. i was in the same position as you 2+ years ago. make a change, send the message, reach out. do it for you. your family. your health. 💪

xoxo Ash
