Boulderthon 2026⛰️🫂

I’m not going to lie, the transition after playing soccer all my life and being a D1 athlete has not been easy.

It’s been hard to push myself both mentally and physically, and most importantly, I’ve missed the feeling of being part of a TEAM.

This weekend taught me that the most important thing you can do with your life is surround yourself with good people and challenge yourself physically. So, @endorphinsrunning @vickyconroy @swartzcenter THANK YOU!!💙

And if you’re an ex D1 athlete or just someone looking for community or wants to get into running,

use code EABHA on the @endorphinsrunning app for two weeks free and I’ll see you on there!! (link in bio also)

Relationships require compromise. I signed up for 13.1, so we ran 26.2 with @endorphinsrunning x @newbalancerunning at @boulderthon 😌

No time goal. No expectations. Just adding a slightly insane story to the memory bank with my person :)

@endorphinsrunning thank you for being there from day one of training to the finish line. There is truly nothing like this community!

@newbalancerunning thank you for having us covered on race day!! Safe to say I found my new race day shoe in the SuperComp Elites 😮‍💨

We’re idiots. I love you @kj_c.s.1

how I know you’re not going to progress as an athlete:

no carbs during training
only training when you feel motivated
zero rest days
never challenging yourself
staying comfortable because failure scares you

progress requires doing what your current self is afraid to do.

Running is trending. So is being skinny.

And when social media blurs the two, it can get dangerous. Girls are comparing, restricting, and shrinking themselves instead of fueling, recovering, and getting stronger.

Running isn’t about getting smaller. It’s about seeing what your body can DO.

Let’s break the trend. Strong is sexy. Fueled is powerful. 🏃🏼‍♀️🤍
