Guys I’m putting a call out for all LSKD lovers to help me out!! 🥹

LSKD x OG Collection
- designed by me 😅

Guyssss if you love this… please tag @lskd @graceegrove @lskd.running or anyone that you know who has some influence that can help turn this into reality!

Abit behind it - I had the idea a little ago about an OG collection, where the colour pallet was taken purely from original Loosekid Industries and LKI pieces. Hence the photo showing the colour and some OG pieces! With it being 20 years since LKI next year (est. 2007)… it would be amazing to get some of these pieces into the works - especially since they pay homage to what started it all! Truthfully finding a lot of the original Loosekid and LKI pieces was not easy 😅 but I had an idea (literally at 11pm) and I had to put the idea into motion! I know it all can’t be put into production - but I’ve had a lot of good feedback from both LSKD staff, gym members and other LSKD community members I’ve shown! (And Jase - the founder) so let’s get tagging and see what we can do to get this OG collection in motion 😅 or atleast maybe help me get noticed and maybe offered an internship with designs 🥹🫣

And yes - I created these based on current pieces… but the hard work of pulling the pallet and making it work was done by lil old me.

One last thing from meeee x

Honestly, I’ve had the best time putting myself out there throughout this competition. I’ve loved trying new things, creating content and sharing even more of my life and journey online.

Being able to share the experience of running my first marathon as part of it made it all the more special 🥹

So grateful for the opportunity to give it a go, and thank you ALL for following along… so many exciting things to look forward to in the future!!

This week was testing week in my strength program and I am so proud of how far I have come.
I have been so consistent with my strength workouts and this is has been 6 months of training 3 times a week.
I definitely still have heaps of improvement to make (especially on my squats) but now I know how much I am capable of and my confidence is growing every session.
Always remember that real change takes time and it’s about making the commitment to yourself and keeping your promises that help the progress happen.
Back Squat: 62.5kg
Bench Press: 55kg
