SO proud of one of our TTU students, Cynthia “Grace” Schubert, for this incredible milestone! 🍷👏

In March, Grace earned her Level 1 Introductory Sommelier Certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers - a huge step in her wine journey.

We can’t wait to see what she does next!

It’s Grape Camp day! 🍇 We’re ready for good wine, great people, and even better Texas vibes at Adelphos Cellars here in Lubbock!

Let’s raise a glass to learning, networking, and enjoying what makes our wine community shine! 🥂

🍇 That’s a wrap on Newsom Grape Day 2025! 🍷

Huge thanks to everyone who made the trip out to Newsom Vineyards—what a day! From insightful talks to catching up with friends (and future legends of Texas wine), we’re feeling inspired and grateful. 💬🌿

Big shoutout to all the wine pros, speakers, and especially this year’s Hoss Newsom Viticultural Scholarship winners: Grace Schubert, Shraddha Tomar, Thomas Waggoner, Kamryn Riethmayer, and Allie Goodwin - you’re the future of Texas wine, and we’re so proud to celebrate you. 👏🎓

Until next year—cheers, y’all! 🥂

April 5th was a snowy surprise, but that didn’t stop Raiders Uncorked from showing up and showing out at Lubbock Uncorked! ❄️🍷❤️‍🔥

We were so blessed to brave the chill and raise funds for our club through donations, raffles, and a whole lot of heart. With your support, we’re able to continue educating the young leaders of tomorrow about viticulture and enology—beyond the classroom.

We raffled off two amazing baskets and handed out our signature Raiders Uncorked wine glasses with every donation. Missed out but still want a glass? Shoot us a message—we’ll try to hook you up!

Thank you to everyone who donated, supported, or just stopped by to say hi. Your generosity helps us grow, learn, and sip with purpose.
