POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This combined two loves, well actually three, of mine. Books, art, and banned books. Banned books week starts tomorrow! Borrow banned books, read banned books, buy banned books, talk about banned books.

Each book title on this piece has been banned at least once, somewhere. They are all also written by women.

We are in bonkers times right now and reading books made by humans, consuming art made by humans, is so so important. Sooo get out there and celebrate banned books week!

Tis pumpkin patch season!

I feel like heading to the pumpkin patch and picking the perfect pumpkin is what really kicks off the -ber months and all of the things that go with them. And I for one, am very excited for our -ber month traditions to start this year. We have a great community surrounding us, fun things planned, and cozy nights ahead.

I both remember these in vivid detail, but they also don’t seem like they were really real. 😅 Sorry ahead of time for getting “Oink, oink ZooPals!” Stuck in your head. Also, did you know that they made over 100 different characters?! Maybe I’ll complete the collection at some point.
.
These will be available as individual pieces on @redbubble. I’m adding other pieces as well. You know where to look for those!

Just a little neon green balloon dog guy in honor of my sweet friend @thehollyannesimon and her love for balloon dogs (and the color neon green)! Drawing a balloon dog took a lot more brain power than I was expecting it to, but now I want to create a whole rainbow of them!

It is FINALLY autumn! I am so ready to not be sweating all of the time and to enjoy warm, cozy meals without making the house too hot. I am ready to cozy up on the couch with yummy baked goods, a good book, and a fluffy blanket. I am so excited for the crunchy leaves and cool breezes that are headed our way!
.
Swipe to see a few different versions of our little croissant guy :3

What is your favorite thing about this time of year?

3 tips for flying with your service dog for the first time

1) Arrive at least two hours early and check in at the accessibility desk for your airline

2) bring lots of treats, especially for takeoff and landing. Especially crunchy treats to help your dogs’ ears pop during takeoff and landing

3) Ahead of time, practice settling around loud noises, heeling through crowds and neutrality around people/other animals

Every ghostie needs a kitty 💛
.
Also a reminder to pay extra special attention to your black cat friends this spoopy season and make sure they’re safe from those who would harm them!

This is one of the most ridiculous things that I have ever drawn, but I love him 😅 definitely a design for my lovers of creepy and cryptids; and one that will eventually need to become a sticker. You can also thank my cousin for the inspo on this one. Maybe I need to turn more wild things they say into drawings. 🤔

This is one of my favorite things that I think I have ever created. I love her so much!
.
During the @twotap.art summit, I earned a free class, and chose @alexandradikaia ‘s volume 1 Character Design workshop. It really inspired me to food into non food items and create more original characters. I have always loved ballet and I love croissants, and that’s how we got Croissant Ballerina!

Miss Bellini here to remind you to support your local farm and farmers markets! Even as the summer winds down and market season is coming to an end, they still have lots to offer in the cooler seasons! Watch for pumpkin patches, corn mazes, family events, and more!

I drew this cute Mothman for @devylfromheaven for once they have their @twitch up and running! He was so fun to draw and really made me think out of the box. Like, how is a cryptid, who is a giant moth, going to sit in an antique chair? He is the first of many, many cute and cozy cryptids coming your way from me!
