POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We're back this Sunday and we're so glad to have Grace Lee joining us to explore the Ten Perfections (Pāramīs) — virtues cultivated over many lifetimes on the path to awakening. They are understood as essential qualities of heart and mind that support liberation.

These teachings have a way of landing differently depending on where we are in our lives. However they meet you, we'd love to have you!

What is Nibbāna? What does it look like when someone is fully enlightened? What might it look and feel like when you are fully enlightened, and how might you practice for this highest of all happiness?

GRACE TALICE LEE is a queer, nonbinary, autistic, direct descendant of immigrants and refugees. Grace has loved the Dhamma for several lifetimes, but in this current birth they began meditation training in 2016, started teaching in 2025, and co-led their first residential retreat in 2026. She offers several books about Dhamma practice, including a travelogue about a 2-week pilgrimage to the Thai Forest Masters which is freely available for download at www.karunabv.org/books.

What happens after this life? And what does true freedom feel like in this one? 🕯️

Join us for a Dharma talk with Grace Lee on two of Buddhism’s most profound teachings: Rebirth and Nibbāna.

Grace will offer an accessible, down‑to‑earth exploration of these teachings, no philosophy degree required.

We are pleased to invite you to a special Dharma talk March 22nd, with our own sangha member, Grace Lee!

Grace will be offering a talk on one of the most foundational teachings of the Buddha: The Three Marks of Existence—Anicca (impermanence), Anatta (not-self), and Dukkha (unsatisfactoriness).

You can learn more about Grace in the second slide before visiting the link in our bio for Zoom information & more.

THANK YOU SAN JOSE! Thank you I appreciate all the folks that came out to @sanjoseday and made it to my booth! Every conversation, every purchase, and every smile keeps me going as an artist/art business. Thanks for supporting me in this artist journey! Without you I am just an artist in a studio. The fact that you support and love your city means so much. Keep showing up to local events, support local artists and businesses. Let’s keep this movement alive! Shout out to @haleyonthemoon and the SJDayTEAM for making it happen! Much love, Rayos Magos🙏🏽⚡️✨🙌🏽🌞🤘🏽🦈 #sanjose #sanjoseday #sanjoseday2025 #sjc #408 #artfair #artvendor #localart #localartist #merch #vendorbooth #latinxart #latinxartist #chicanoart #chicanoartist #printmaker #printmakersofinstagram #reliefprints #linocutprints #printmaking #rayosmagos #2025
