Rest. Nourish. Reconnect. Rise.

🌿 Nicaragua | March 4–11, 2027

What if you gave yourself a week to slow down, nourish your body, and reconnect with yourself?

Join us in Nicaragua for an immersive retreat where yoga and meditation meet the healing power of food.

Through daily yoga, meditation, breathwork, and yin, you’ll create space to quiet the noise, release tension, and listen to what your body and mind truly need.

And there’s another essential part of this experience: Grace Van Berkum’s Food as Medicine philosophy. Discover how nourishing, vibrant food can support your well-being, restore your energy, and deepen your connection to yourself.

This is more than a getaway. It’s an invitation to care for yourself on every level — body, mind, and soul.

🥑 Nourish yourself with food that supports your health.
🌴 Immerse yourself in the beauty of Nicaragua.
💛 Reconnect with what matters to you and make space for what comes next.

A beautiful final few days in southern Nicaragua brought my long adventure in Nicaragua to an end. Spending time with my friend Terra, she showed me her way of life in Iguana. We enjoyed bike rides through town, morning beach yoga, rooftop sunrises while listening to the birds and monkeys, and sunsets at the beach. The white-winged doves were everywhere in Nicaragua, and sitting on the rooftop in the morning, watching the sunrise and waiting to hear the monkeys and birds, was one of Terra’s favourite things that she wanted to share with me. The beautiful hibiscus was everywhere, and the amazing scent of jasmine in the air was unforgettable.

Southern Nicaragua has its own kind of beauty. The amazing food at GloFlex Café and Centre, along with the healthy meals Terra made sure I enjoyed after my time with Grace, were a highlight. My month in Nicaragua brought meaningful new friendships, reconnecting with old friends, and memories I’ll carry with me. I enjoyed every minute of it. ❤️

I used to think smoothies weren’t filling enough for breakfast… until I learned how to make them like this at the retreat.

We had smoothie bowls every morning for two weeks straight, and somehow they were almost different every day.

We learned how to make the bowls thick and satisfying, played around with different flavour combinations, and even made our own granola.

That’s what made me realize how versatile they actually are.

You can switch up the fruit, add different superfoods, change the toppings, adjust the oats depending on how hungry you are, and make the granola however you want.

Now they’re one of my favourite breakfasts because they feel light, but still like an actual meal.

This tropical one has been on repeat lately 🌿

Save this one for your next breakfast.
