5 reasons you shouldn’t marry a wrestler 🤼‍♂️💍

1. I’m competitive. He is a professional competitor. This is a deeply unfair situation for someone who likes to win as much as I do.

2. I married a man who can pick me up and carry me away mid-sentence. How am I supposed to finish making my very valid point?

3. We already get “Y’all moved fast!” Listen… have you tried getting away from a wrestler?

4. Those arms will make you forget why you were annoyed in the first place. Which feels like an unfair advantage.

5. He’s actually the sweetest. I think all those years of wrestling and reading his opponent quickly taught him to notice the smallest shifts, and somehow, he notices mine. He can read me before I’ve even found the words, and he knows when I need a laugh, a little space, or those arms wrapped around me. That last one gets me every time. 🥹❤️

Anyway… married him. Would absolutely do it again. ❤️

Tulsa, THAT was Tech Week!

For 6 days, we showed up, connected, created, learned, celebrated, and experienced innovation happening all across our city.

From packed rooms and new ideas to unexpected connections and unforgettable moments, #TulsaTechWeek Year 2 was powered by YOU.

To every Partner, attendee, speaker, volunteer, sponsor, and community member who made this week possible: THANK YOU.

We built this together. And we’re just getting started. 🚀

🗣️ Tech is for everyone 🗣️

Tulsa Tech Week isn’t just for adults-kids can join in the fun, and as a future geological robotics engineer, this girl loved being among the energy and talent that Tulsa has around in ovation and tech!

Grateful for the invitation from Primary Health Partners in Jenks to meet their amazing team and talk about providing the best healthcare for our community! 🤝💙

I really enjoyed connecting with Dr. Chasteen, Dr. Ghere, and the entire staff. It’s encouraging to meet healthcare providers who are truly invested in caring for their patients and meeting the needs of our community.

Here’s to building great relationships and a healthier community together! 🙌

August has been fast-slow. Wrapping up summer and back to school. Friends and family. Ice cream and sno cones. Plenty of reading and dancing and nightly family cuddles and watching our show. Our puppy, Oakley@is growing really fast!

My husband had 9 lab services completed recently.
Total cost? $76.40.
Not after insurance. Not after meeting a deductible. That’s what we actually paid through our Primary Health Partners membership using wholesale lab pricing.
If those same labs had been run through many traditional insurance plans *especially high-deductible plans* the out-of-pocket cost could easily have been several hundred dollars.
Don’t believe me? DM me “RECEIPT” and I’ll send you a screenshot of the itemized bill.
Transparent healthcare is possible. And once you experience it, it’s hard to imagine going back.

Well, as a true Oklahoma summer night would have it, we had a downpour with thunder and lightning right at the time that fireworks shows would really be in swing, but we had so much fun with family today! Thank Aunt Tammy and Uncle Monty for opening your home for a fun Fourth!

Men, this one is for you! June is Men's Health Month, and it's a great reminder to schedule your well check at PHP. 💙

The people who love you need you healthy. Give them the gift of your health so you can stay around for a long time to come.

Get the well check, which is a real conversation with your physician about your numbers, your risk factors, and the age-appropriate screenings that could catch something small before it becomes something serious.

Preventive care is the best healthcare, meaning early, consistent care with a doctor who actually knows your health history.

This month, make the call. Schedule the visit. Show up for yourself so you can keep showing up for them.

Have questions about a PHP membership? Send us a DM or email info@phpdpc.com
