Some celebrations are beautiful… and some are life-giving 🔥✨️🇳🇬

September 26th was pure magic. So much love, so much joy, so much LIFE in one room. The energy was vibrant, electric, warm and completely contagious. You could feel it in the music, the dancing, the laughter, the people....everywhere.

What a beautiful way to begin a marriage. ✨

Congratulations Amanda & Godfirst 🥂🤍
May your life together carry this same kind of joy and be ever so vibrant ✨️

And just like that… round two. ❤️✨🇹🇹

Another weekend wrapped in culture, music, movement, laughter and familiar faces. Another reminder that home isn’t always a place... Sometimes it’s the people, the rhythms, the food, the accents, the feelings ✨️✨️✨️😌

Two festivals. Two weekends. One beautiful summer.

Still gathering. Still dancing. Still rich in all the ways that matter. ✨

Happy birthday to my gorgeous and inspiring friend—my gemini sista, Gracia!! You are so much fun to be around! I laugh so hard every single day with you. You’re such a loving mama to Zarah and Amara, and I feel blessed and grateful to be part of your family and your home.

May this 33rd year overflow with more fun, beauty, and love than you ever imagined. May you be deeply rooted in love, grounded in grace, and guided by God’s divine plans for your life. Here’s to trusting the magic of it all as it unfolds perfectly, just for you 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽✨️✨️✨️

Love you always 🩷🩷🩷

Nutrition and food communication is what we do best. We understand that nutrition education can positively or negatively impact the child-food relationship, which is why it is crucial to consider the whole-child approach taking into consideration food security, cultural awareness, mental health and critical thinking, while delivering with understanding and empathy. We don't want to just inform, but cultivate.

How?

🍐Hands-on real life activities that tactfully induce critical thinking, teamwork and reflection.
🍐Taste, touch, smell and visual presentations of food.
🍐Connecting in-school education with life skills that can be used daily.
🍐Experiencing food through various lenses - nutrition, culinary arts and food science.
🍐Learning about food through culture, starting with First Nations foodways.
