💪 40 YEARS OLD – AND I'M NOT DONE YET! 🔥

Some people think their best years are in their 20s and 30s.

I think that's absolute bollocks! 👊

At 40, I've got more responsibilities than ever. A family, children, businesses to run and so many peopl relying on me to out food on their table.

But that doesn't mean I stop investing in myself. If anything, it gives me more reasons to keep pushing.

I don't train to impress anyone.

I train to stay strong, physically and mentally. To have the energy for my family, to lead by example and to show my kids what hard work, commitment and discipline look like.

At 40, I genuinely feel stronger and more focused than ever.

💪🏿 LEAD BY EXAMPLE! 💪🏿

40 next week and I've never felt stronger or more mentally switched on, both inside and outside the gym! 🔥

Hard work, consistency and the right coach make all the difference!

If you want REAL RESULTS, give Hixy a message! 👊

💪 Really starting to see the gains now.

Currently sitting at 20st 10lb, and I can honestly say I've never felt this good.

The plan is simple: keep building strength, then come September, it's time for a proper weight cut. I'm excited to see what I can achieve.

One thing I know for certain... with Graham Hicks in my corner, I feel like I can't fail. His guidance, knowledge and belief have been invaluable.

This is only the beginning. 👊

@grahamhicksuk is one of the biggest lovers of STIM1, focus/energy & performance support!
Hydrate1, keeping him hydrated which is key for performance & muscle function as well!

There is no surprise as an elite athlete who’s been at the top of his sport for longer than he’d want me to say, JOINT1/VITAL1 stack will be a crucial part of his health stack!

Alert1 just to offer hix abit more focus when he needs it👊🏽

‘HIX10’ @ checkout to support the man and save some pennies on some premium formulas👌

✅ 131kg 🪵 - Today I stopped being a baby on log. Tried hard on Friday and despite my worry, my arm didn’t fall off. Today I stepped it up.

Graham Hicks told me my rack position was poor on Friday and on way up today - too ‘army’ / ‘strict press’ rack style…not leg drivey enough for my style. I knew exactly how to fix this from Mollie Wagstaff’s cueing last year: ‘when in lap, hide the inside of the log’

This got it landing in the sweet spot where my leg drive transferred so much better without log rolling.

Thanks for telling me how it is, and thanks for giving me the tools to fix 🪚 grateful
