HYROX Boston 2026 ✨ Weeks of training. 2 back to back races. Bagels on bagels 🙏🏽 I put a lot of pressure on myself wanting to lead by example and bring my best every single day. Proud of myself and proud of my partners for what we accomplished. To the AFC squad who cheered us on my heart was so full and gave me the extra push to keep going 💕 I love this lifestyle so much and this weekend proved to me that this is exactly where I belong. Only the beginning and training plan is in place for the next one 😌

Alpha Games 2026 reflection⬇️ Do yourself a favor and swipe through these shots. The energy was palpable, the stadium was alive, the community was vibrant, and Alpha Fit Club showcased what we have built. It was an unbelievable feeling to see all of you come together under one roof to showcase the passion for fitness underneath our brand. It was especially meaningful for me to watch somebody like @andreapcassidy work toward an accomplishment alongside @alphafitclub.morristown, the place that I call home. It has been nothing short of remarkable to watch @alphafitclub.morristown develop into such a welcoming sanctuary of health, fitness, and wellness. To everyone that is a part of our studio, you mean more than you know. I feel so fortunate to be a part of it all and contribute to the electric wave of fitness and health that we are cultivating. I will see you again next year - and @grantholbrook_ we are coming back stronger. Keep stacking days💪

My biggest piece of advice for your first Hyrox… . RUN YOUR RACE 🏁 . Finish lines. Not finish times. 💯 . Don’t worry about who you see on Instagram. What time they got. None of it. . This your day to prove to yourself you can do hard sh*t . Show up, & show out… SEE YALL IN BOSTON! . . @hyroxworld @hyroxamerica . #hyrox #advice #relatable #puma #motivation
