My darling Shaun, we had you from the minute you were born, you gave me so much joy and love, you made everyone know you were here. You were adored by everyone, taking the baton of daddy Cat and being the boss of our animal family. To say I’m devastated is an understatement, our hearts are emptier tonight without you. I’m going to miss you so much. We have and have had so many animals in our home but now and again we have ones that we hold dearest, my boy you were mine and Emme’s. Sleep sweet my love, our friend, my Shaun ❤️

Final day at Carsington for this beauty! Where has the time gone for our big girl Beatrice, Bibi, Beebs. Her nose permanently in a book, she’s joyful, smart and so so kind. 119/120 for reading on her SATs. Onwards and Upwards my love! “A Star Danced, and under that was I born!” ❤️

🎂10🎂 Happiest of birthdays to our Wilfy. We’ve spent the past couple of days in London watching @hamiltonwestend and @cursedchildldn looking forward to some quiet days at home with the rest of the gang. I have no idea where the past ten years have gone. The dichotomy of constantly planning ahead and missing the everyday moments that seem to whizz by. Wilf is wild, curious, charming and brilliant. I’ve loved stomping round with him, eating all the lush food and getting lost inside the Lego store. His laugh is infectious, he gives his seat up on the tube, he walks fast and he chats the best chat even if we sometimes have to question his sources! Our Wilfred, our love, my babe ❤️

15 years with #mydave ❤️ four children, seven cats, one tortoise, one dog, one home. ❤️ The calm to my storm. For sitting on the front row even though it makes you feel uncomfortable. For making me look gorgeous in alllll the posters you design for me. For the tea. For letting me be the tour guide. For feeding me when I’m hangry. For being the kindest person I’ve ever met. For being the provider. For sticking around and being my friend. #mydave #myfamily #mylove

Mothers ❤️ Happy Mothers Day to these two wonderful women. We love you both so much. Strong, generous, loving and incredibly patient (especially with our innate ability to send cards…) ❤️🥰🤣😘

Sneak peek of the longest en-suite renovation in history. Nothing is plumbed in and the conversation currently surrounds whether we should paint the bath pink or leave it white like the basin and toilet. Microcement bought from the magnificent @festfloor applied by the wonderful @graphicworkman and advice greatly received from @oakappledecor (their page is full of tips and advice) The floor is original, sanded and stained with @osmo_uk The end is nigh… #almostbathtime #18monthsrenovation #oneroomdown #victorianrenovation #24with4 #renovatingwithkids #renovatingonabudget #diy #microcement #ensuite #pinkbathroom #goldtaps #pinkensuite #osmo #bathroom #renovation

38 ⭐️ Today we spent the day child free visiting @mariatash @libertylondon so the darling Peter could make a hole in my nose! Followed by a trip to see the spectacular @jerusalemplay - I think it’s the best play we’ve ever seen! Mark Rylance is a force! I ❤️ Johnny Byron thanks to @graphicworkman for putting up with me. Always #mydave ❤️
