This week I’m meeting all three of my current pro-bono mentees (as part of my ILM7 studies) in person. On the same day 😅 Three totally different focus areas but one common thread — moving from operator to leader, in whatever form that takes for them. Mentoring isn’t my sole focus, but it’s some of the most rewarding work I do. The path looks different every time, but the end goal often crosses the same ground as my *consulting work with @grapl.co I’ll be at the Cornwall Business Fair on Wednesday. If you’re around, say hi 👋 #mentoring #operatortoleader #strategicleadership #betheleader #businessmentoring @associationofbusinessmentors

A little update from me. The last few months studying my ILM Level 7 in Executive Mentoring has helped me get much clearer on where I create the most value. As a result, I’ve rebranded my coaching and mentoring work to, grapl Mentoring. I’ll be continuing and focusing on supporting established business owners who are navigating growth, bigger decisions, and the transition from being the go-to person in the business to becoming the leader their business needs next. This also brings my mentoring work alongside my consultancy, @grapl.co, where I help businesses turn customer insight into commercial decisions, clear priorities, and measurable growth. One brand. One mission. Helping business owners work out what’s next and move forward with confidence. Keep following for more ☺️ _______ #BusinessOwner #BusinessMentoring #LeadershipDevelopment #LeadershipTransition #BusinessGrowth
