Super proud of Cali today for earning her third red stripe on her BJJ belt. ❤️🥋 Her dedication, attitude and determination to keep getting better have been amazing to watch. She’s always willing to step up to a challenge, and the progression we’ve seen hasn’t just been on the mat — she’s grown so much off it too. A massive thank you to every coach who has been part of her journey, both old and new, for all the time, support and belief you’ve given her. And a big thank you to our new BJJ home @grapplezone for making her feel so welcome. Also, a big shoutout to @hayabusacombat for kitting us out in the best gear 🙏🥋 We really appreciate the support. Next up, she’s competing again at the beginning of November, and she’s already super excited to get back out there and test herself again. Keep working, keep learning and keep enjoying the journey, Cali. We’re all incredibly proud of you. ❤️🥋 #BJJ #BrazilianJiuJitsu #BJJKids #BJJGirls #GirlsWhoRoll

Long overdue post, but never too late. Took home 🥈 at my last IBJJF comp. For my first competition as black belt I’m happy with the results. I know there are a few aspects in my game that I would like to improve on. As for the day itself, grateful for my competitors and all the support that I had. A big shout out to @grapplezone and all the hard work that has been put there in regard to my camp for this comp. #bjj #brazilianjiujítsu #jiujitsu #bjjcompetition #grapplezone
