So this has just happened ......I've been named MOVE business member of the month and I am bursting with Pride 🫶

MOVE has become my second family ....so supportive.....when I'd lost my self worth....bit by bit MOVE has encouraged me to take it back 🫶

Step by step....inspired by @melrobbins I stepped into the uncomfortable and regained the Nicky that I'd lost

ADHD can be a superpower if you know how to use it......I've surrounded myself with other inspiring people and I've leart to do just that ...I'm presenting @unilancashire at the weekend supported by the innovation team ....I could not have done this without my support network

Day 7 of the 7 days of gratitude ....I need more days !!

Gratitude for my teachers who have handed down their wisdom 🫶

Thank you to Sue Weston my first teacher who I first trained with in 2015.... I wanted to learn mindful movement, as a physiotherapist it made sense to me to bring the attention back to the body ....and found qigong 🫶

After a little gap, I picked up my training again during covid when I didnt need to travel to Momouthshire to practice when Sue started to teach online

In 2021 I started my @holdenqigongofficial training which i completed in 2023

Then I trained with @graycaws and fell in love with Scotland @ardmayhousesc @retreatcentrescotland and breathwork @performance_breathworks

I did a short course for menopause qigong with the lovely daisy lee @radiantlotusqigong (would love to build on this training at some point)

John and Mary Platt 🫶🫶 I'm blessed to have trained with John and Mary ...their book is my all time favourite book....orchard qigong ....harvesting energy from the trees

And finally Nick Loffree @Nickofqi I've also completed Nick's level 1 teacher training with...and have trained with him in person ...i'm currently working towards my animal qigong level 2 qualification 🫶

So much wisdom....words can not express the gratitude that I have for their wisdom...and the gift of qigong 🫶
