a tumultuous two-month start, needless to say. tearing my whole ankle 3 days into re-establishing my entire existence in another country alone across the world with a language barrier wasn’t really on my bucket list. but against all odds, i still get to say that i live in korea now & it’s been surreal all the same!

i’d be lying if i said dejection hasn’t struck me often since being here. but it never lingers long enough because of all the people who’ve helped me cope with my injury, physically and mentally. and for that, i’m so eternally grateful for them. bring on korea 🙂‍↔️
