@became_brave is a suicide prevention organization that focuses on providing mental health programming for teens.

Join us for a fundraiser, this Thursday at @wild_flowerfarm for a Poetry and Petals event. Experience a brave space, all while hand picking flowers and connecting with others.

100% of all proceeds will go towards providing mental health programming. All thanks to our sponsors @wocgive, @graze2gather, @streatstacokitchen, Gary's Automotive in Holland.

It's all about the smiles.
We had a summer @became_brave Group in Zeeland thanks to @graze2gather.

It's amazing to see the difference between the first session and the last, from discomfort discussing feelings, to sharing laughs and stories.

Dear incredible students, Thank you. This group was very special. Your stories, your joy, your honesty, your humor, and your pets created such special memories. All of you is welcomed here and it's an honor to see you and know you. And for the days you don't feel seen remember "We see you!"

The Children’s Advocacy Center provides a beacon of hope for vulnerable children and families who have experienced or are experiencing abuse. So grateful to spend an evening with so many champions for children. Though trauma can be a harrowing experience this team of therapists, law enforcement, prosecutors and community members provide and facilitate resilience. One in Ten children experience sexual abuse before the age of 18. The energy of healing and restorative practices in the room last night was contagious. 💙 Thank you @cac_ottawa_county team for all you do!

This Saturday stop by Steats in Zeeland from 5-8pm to benefit youth football players. 10% of the sales during that time will be donated. 100% of the money donated will go to funding a child playing football this year.

Blitz was able to sponsor 4 children last year. We have a goal of sponsoring at least 10 this year! So come for the food or you can make a monetary or equipment donation while you’re here as well.

This Saturday! Taco bout a good cause! From 5-8pm, Steats tacos will be donating 10% of their sales to Blitz the Gap in youth football! Funds raised will help local youth players play the game. Please join us!

We will also have a bin there this week if you’d like to Donte new or used equipment.

We’re partnering with The Humanity Share, a nonprofit serving communities in East Africa, during Women’s History Month. Their Celebrate Her campaign is raising funds to provide dignity kits for all 200 girls in their secondary school scholarship program. 🧡

Each dignity kit costs $25 and includes essential hygiene supplies like sanitary pads, soap, and personal care items so girls can stay in school consistently and confidently. A gift of $75 covers an entire year of dignity kits for one girl.

You also have the option to give in honor or memory of a woman who has impacted your life, you can fill out an Honor Her card, and her name will be added to the Honoree Wall.
