spirit symbolism of the yellow swallowtail butterfly: 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 • 𝐣𝐨𝐲/𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 • 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 🦋 ⁣
⁣
...after JUST asking specifically to see this kind of butterfly, she's showed up in my flower garden for the last 3 mornings 😭🥹🫶🏼✨⁣
⁣
when I first began studying yoga back in 2012 ~ I was eventually led to a beloved teacher who shared more than just the physical asana practice with me and my bestie as we ventured into the world of spirit ⛅️ ⁣
⁣
she taught us how divine messages and symbolism can come through in the form of the animal spirits we encounter here on the physical plane 🌀 ⁣
⁣
𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐝𝐨𝐦: ⁣
~first, practice being present and aware of your surroundings⁣
~when you notice yourself noticing (😅) the presence of a creature in your field, pause and reflect on what you were JUST thinking about or feeling at that time (I like to look up the 'animal spirit totem symbolism' in these moments) ⁣
~then reflect on how their vibration/message connects with your current lived experience 🪞⁣

A fellow Colorado artist, residing in the highest town in America ~ a beautiful babe I've been lucky to collaborate with and walk alongside in life, grateful for our many 'arts and farts' dates 😆😂 watching her expansion as an artist into incredible metalwork and pottery pieces in recent years has been so fun ✨ 𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘔𝘢𝘳! Check out her shop for all your intentional gifting needs this holiday season. ⁣
⁣
Book yourself a private studio shopping experience with the artist for your exclusive peek into her collection, including pieces not yet found in store or online! 🎁⁣

⁣⁣Had the sweet pleasure of receiving these memories in photo form this past week from @curiocrvft ~ moments captured during an experience we collectively curated with an intimate group of friends, artists & guides back in 2023 ✨ ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Held in the most lovely, cozy container that @greenearthforming and @strangerselfculture designed & built themselves ~ a fleeting 𝘙𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘦 in the clouds, intentional space nestled in a mountaintop hostel held us that dreamy day 🏔️🌤️🌀 ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
This playful day retreat was an experience we each brought to life through the sharing of our gifts ~ every individual in attendance, made a contribution in their unique way. ⁣⁣⁣Whether it was teaching a session, preparing food, offering channeled messages, or bringing their beautiful energy and open, willing hearts to the circle ~ the result was a nurturing and empowering experience ✨ ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Excited to have received these pictures and the gentle, aligned nudges that come with them for me!⁣⁣
Even more excited to be offering more opportunities like this in the near future! I have been pushing myself to step more fully into the seat of the teacher so that I can share these incredible, life-changing practices with all of you 🤩 ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Since finishing my yoga teacher certification, I've run into more fear and resistance than expected in feeling "ready" to share- I've been busy compassionately reprogramming my inner perfectionist to prioritize acting in 𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘺 instead of 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, so that I may actually ACT! The world needs these practices more than ever!! So I'm steadily reminding myself 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ❤️‍🔥⁣⁣
