Its so rewarding and exciting when you watch and protect a seal pupping cove on Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park and the pups are not getting disturbed. They're just living out their lives. Lets hope this continues. So far so good !!!# #nature #ocean #seals #marineconservation

Hi I’m Benji, I’m 12 and I’m a young nature artist. I haven’t done an in introduction before, so I hope you like it! ☺️💚 . I hope people will see my artwork and remember to stand up for nature 🙏💚 . I’ve always loved nature, and I’ve carried my pencils and notebook in my backpack since I was 3 years old. 🥰🪶 . I had to shield in lockdown, and we started sharing my artwork online, and I didn’t know if anyone would be interested…. 🍃 But so many people got in touch, to say it made them think and want to help nature too. 🥹 So I kept going, because I thought maybe I could actually help nature with my artwork. And many amazing things have happened, that I never thought would be possible! Thank you so much for your help and encouragement over the last few years 🙏 . So far because of your help, I have managed to raise over £12,000 for charity, with my artwork, cards and sponsored challenges! . Dr Jane Goodall has inspired me so much, and it just makes a big difference to know there are people like her in the world, so she really meant a lot to me, like she did to lots of people. . She always talked about having hope, and that’s not always easy, but I’m really going to try, and to keep doing everything I can to help our planet. 🌎💚 . If you love something and are interested in it, you care for it and protect it. 🌎🦌🪶 I’m trying to speak up for nature in education, because all children deserve the chance to experience nature for themselves. . I’m really proud to be on the Youth counsel for @reservaylt , creating the world’s first youth funded reserves! It means so much to me to be part of it. 💚 . Thank you so much for reading if you’ve got this far, I really appreciate it. 🙏🥹 We’re not separate from nature, part of nature too and we can’t survive without it. 🙏💚 🌎 . @janegoodalluk @janegoodallinst Ps these are some of the amazing charities you have helped me to support! 🙏🥰💚 💚 @reservaylt 💚 @sussexwildlifetrust 💚 @wildlifevets 💚 @wildjusticeorg 💚 @leatherbackproject 💚 @macmillancancer 💚 @the.benfield.valley.project 💚 @savechildrenuk 💚 @coffeesforgaza 💚 @save_minster_marshes 💚 @seachangeproject

Nine of us. One van. A LOT of wildlife. White-tailed eagles AND otters. At the same time. We nearly capsized the van with excitement. Happy Megan with doggies (correct life choice). Common dolphins doing flybys off the bow! Added porpoises, skuas, guillemots, gannets and more to the list. MULTIPLE minkes spotted! Appreciating the smaller creatures Lots of water fall photos. He was off to see the ladies in another field I’ll be back! (Hopefully with my own bins by then…!)

Incredibly close views of Common Dolphins herding mullet in shallow water in Goodwick Bay Pembrokeshire. Local people and tourists thrilled to see them. But they are at risk from jet skiers using the Bay. Authorities failing to take action to stop this. Dolphins face serious injury from high speed collisions with jet skis. This needs to be banned in this Bay with enforcement if necessary. Our marine wildlife is once again poorly protected. #nature #dolphins #marineconservation #ocean

Hang it in the Louvre 🖼️ We asked Butterfly Conservation staff and fellow nature nerds at @global_birdfair to draw a butterfly. Here are the final masterpieces. Can you guess the species? Take the guesswork out of identifying butterflies during the Big Butterfly Count by using our handy guides! Link in our bio to download 🔗 #BigButterflyCount A drawing of a purple butterfly with intricate patterns. The butterfly has a sign that reads "I love poo."
