When the lovely @gwen_hughes_art said she was going to a Bloomsbury inspired exhibition, I rather immediately volunteered my long suffering husband @j0nm00re to paint a focal fireplace and screen ( thank you Richard Paxton and Mike smith for the wood work) for the room set with the most perfect armchairs, all for sale . The stunning early rocker/ recliner restored with a Charleston fabric are the work of @greenham_makers , who restore Period upholstered furniture and are based locally The @charlestontrust farmhouse has always been an inspiration for us , and today it’s as relevant as ever , apparently capturing a classic worn faded chic that perfectly expresses the mysterious essence that is , English style .
