| Main quest: 🥇 place true novice class |
| Bonus quest: 🥉 place novice class |

| An awesome experience coming to a close with great results after months of dedication on top of years of consistency. Lots of things learned along the journey with so much room for growth on and off the stage, first time but certainly not the last under the lights.
A big thanks to everyone who’s helped and supported me along the way :)
Time to go back to work and come back better in the future! |

Today marks the beginning of a new chapter.

My name is Gregory Ramlagan, and I am proud to officially announce that I am the new owner of Ruthless Athletics Fit Club.

Fitness has been a lifelong passion of mine. As a personal trainer, bodybuilding competitor, and someone who believes in the power of discipline, I understand that a gym is more than just equipment—it’s a place where people transform their lives.

My vision for Ruthless Athletics is simple: create a facility that delivers results, builds community, and provides an environment where every member feels supported in their fitness journey.

Over the coming months, you’ll begin to see exciting improvements through our three-phase growth plan. Phase 1 focuses on enhancing the facility, improving cleanliness standards, upgrading equipment, strengthening customer service, and elevating our personal training and group fitness experience. Future phases will bring additional equipment, improved facility layout, new classes, merchandise, and exciting member promotions.

To our current members, thank you for your trust. To those who have not yet joined us, I invite you to come experience what we’re building.

This isn’t just a gym.

This is a community.

This is a mindset.

This is Ruthless Athletics.

Where Discipline Creates Results.

🏆 YOU DON’T NEED MORE MOTIVATION. YOU NEED A PLAN.

Most people don’t fail because they aren’t trying hard enough.

They fail because they’re guessing.

❌ Random workouts
❌ Following social media trends
❌ No accountability
❌ No measurable progress

For 14 years, I’ve helped people break through plateaus, build confidence, and achieve results they never thought possible.

At Ruthless Athletics, personal training isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about creating a system that works for you—one that delivers real, lasting results.

Whether your goal is:

🔥 Fat Loss
💪 Build Lean Muscle
🏆 Sports Performance
⚡ Strength & Conditioning
🧠 Confidence & Discipline

You’ll get a customized approach designed around your goals, schedule, and lifestyle.

The difference between where you are today and where you want to be is what you do consistently—not occasionally.

Every day you wait is another day further from your goal.

It’s been about around a 2 pound drop consistently for the past handful of weeks. Time to keep pushing.
