Just a mild case of imposter syndrome. We just wrapped a three day intensive that included the @target Partner summit, and then a very special inaugural year of the 2026 @target innovation collective. 25 Brands chosen. KATIE’S made the list!!! Dead center. Amazing to sit in a room with these founders, amazing to be a part of the Partner Summit, amazing to connect with our buyers and Target execs. Thought about stealing the innovation collective sign. Possibly cried. What came out of these last few days was not just inspiring, and not just a partnership. It’s bigger. We have some mind boggling announcements to make with Target in the coming weeks and months. They truly are dream makers. I will never forget this trip. Target is officially Tarjay again! Can’t wait to share!
Flying home to celebrate with my amazing team and tell NADIA!!! ❤️🎯

A must read->Last night our team had a beautiful dinner and walk on the beach in prep for today’s Expo West in Anaheim where we will present to all of the retailers in the country to make a deal for the year. It’s the big moment for the year, sets the stage for success or failure. This is our 5th year. What is special about this year is that this is the first year we have proven to everyone that has said we can’t, that we can. You can’t break in, you can’t compete, you don’t have the talent, education or resources. Well guess what, we did, we can, and now we are about to pass you up. This year the data is proven. Data doesn’t lie. We are the number 8 pizza company adding to the category, we are the number 6 pizza at Target. We are ahead of Carbone and Rao’s for sauce at this time in their journey. We aren’t just dominating in one category, but two, and the two most competitive, sauce and pizza. Dumb and impossible. We did it. This year is proof in grit and impossible and you don’t need all of the education and money. You just need optimism and speed, and the grit of the restaurant biz. If you ask how we got here, that’s how. Faith and speed. The marines have a saying, “High speed, low drag.” That’s it. Pretty simple. That’s what we do. Here we are. This isn’t our 5th year, this is our first year. We are coming for the top spot, and this is the only team to do it. I could cry in thanks to this team and this journey. Wish us luck!
*Missing a few very important people in this pic who will be hoping us today. Cary, Ryan and Tony, Johnny, Tom and Rolando!
