Absolutely floored by all the support for my Grand Opening Party this weekend 🥹 I was truly blown away to see so many wonderful faces in the room together, connecting over art, community, and creativity. If this first week of 40 is any indication of the year to come, it’s going to be a blessed year. Love you all and thank you 💛💛💛 And extra special thanks to my amazing partner @gregtannerharris who supported me and listened to all my worries, helped so much leading up to the event, and documented with all these wonderful photos.

For over 25 years CCJA @cojazzarts has been a force in Colorado jazz education, with thousands of musicians from all ages and communities coming through the program and learning from the incredible CCJA staff. We’re grateful for their support and partnership of the Atom Jazz Network, and thrilled to see so many CCJA-affiliated artists ready to hit the stage at the Atom Jazz Fest in just over a week! Thank you CCJA and thank you artists! #atomjazzfest #atomjazznetwork #coloradojazz #ccja

This is my painting “Mountain Water Portal.” It’s part of my ✨Portal✨ series, which explores the idea of natural spaces as sanctuaries. Each painting invites you to pause, step into the scene, and reflect on your relationship with the natural world.

Stop by the gift shop at the Clyfford Still Museum to buy a print of this piece.✨

My work lives somewhere between observation, memory, and feeling.

Clyfford Still is known mostly for abstract expressionism… while I work more with representational subjects, I relate to that same search for something beyond what’s literally seen, a fascination with color, and an interest in the human experience.
