Happy Birthday to the young fella @griffknowless who is celebrating his 20th birthday at Cocklebiddy as he continues his run from Perth to Sydney to raise funds for @talk2mebro_au

He’s currently in the thick of the Nullabor and is crushing it. He’s faced some serious adversity over last few weeks - it’s been nuts. But he keeps getting back up and going.

THIS IS WHAT ACTION LOOKS LIKE. 🇦🇺

We checked in with @griffknowless today.

At just 19 years old, Griff is in the middle of Australia attempting an almost 4,000km run from Cottesloe Beach to Bondi Beach — around 60km a day.

But the record isn’t why we’re sharing this.

Griff has experienced his own mental health battles. He’s lost a childhood friend. And instead of staying silent, he’s decided to do something extraordinary with that pain.

He’s running for the men who are struggling.

For the mates we wish we’d checked on.

For the conversations that never happened.

And for the lives we still have the opportunity to save.

Along the way, Griff is raising awareness and funds for @talk2mebro_au , an organisation doing incredible work in suicide prevention, creating connection and helping men have conversations that can genuinely change lives.

At ONE LESS, we don’t believe this space should be about competition between organisations.

If you’re saving lives, we’re on your team.

Griff — keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Tomorrow @griffknowless starts his incredible journey running from PERTH to SYDNEY raising funds for @talk2mebro_au and we couldn’t be more grateful or proud of him.

Follow him, check in on him, let’s get around him and help him set the record for the youngest person to run from Perth to Sydney. All of the funds raised from this run help us work towards an Australia without suicide and support people to see that it’s a rough patch, not a rough life.
